I do these movements Monday thru Saturday every morning, non-negotiable, before any coffee, etc. (every Sunday I give my body a complete rest outside red light, sauna, cold plunge and walking)!
Takes 5-7 min:
-Walking ‘A skips’ followed by knees over toes walking lunges
-20 push-ups
-20 air-squats
-deadhangs followed by a couple pull-ups and knees to chest
-20 calf raises
-20 tibialis raises
-20 elephant walks
My body feels amazing and loose afterwards along with the energy boost it provides to kickstart everyday 📈
I do these at my house in my basement/home gym area or at Fitstop prior to coaching ✅

-been shown to reduce pain in knees, ankles and shins
-strengthen the front muscle of the shin, which can help prevent knee injuries
-improved balance and coordination
-stretch and lengthen the achilles tendon and calf muscles
The tibialis is the decelerator of the foot—it’s the muscle that prevents the foot from going down. You use it every step when you walk, to slow down when you’re running, and to slow down to take a jump 👍🏻
