Viral TikTok recipe review (see recipe in description) πŸ‘€πŸŒ

Side note: just because you put a bunch of β€˜healthy’ ingredients together, doesn’t mean it’s always in line with your goals (see macros below recipe) πŸ‘

Ingredients:

-plain Greek yogurt (I did 250g- go less for more flavor, but less protein)

-1 banana

-3 dates

-1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

-Ceylon cinnamon

Instructions:

-SautΓ© chopped banana and dates in a little grass-fed butter in a pan

-Top your Greek yogurt with it

-Add cinnamon and EVOO, and mix together

Macros: 492 cal, 27g protein, 91g carbs, 5g fat
