Clean buffalo chicken dip πŸ”₯

Pair with some sourdough and/or clean chips like Siete 🀝

Ingredients:

-1 lb shredded chicken (we cooked ours in crockpot and then shredded, used a little over 1 lb)
-2 cups low fat cottage cheese (blended)

-3oz cream cheese
-1 ΒΌ cup shredded cheddar cheese
-1/3 cup Primal Kitchen buffalo sauce
-1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

-Combine all in a pan over stovetop to heat through

-Put in casserole dish, top with more cheese -Bake at 350 for 15-20 min

Macros (~6 servings): 360 cal, 41g protein, 5g carbs, 19g fat
