Clean pasta salad & homemade dressing

Start enjoying some clean pasta salad guilt-free all Summer with this awesome recipe and homemade dressing πŸ”₯πŸ‘™

Ingredients:

-Box and a half of organic chickpea OR sourdough pasta 

-1 cup diced peppers 

-1 cup cubed cheese

-1 cup halved grape tomatoes 

-1 cup diced cucumber 

Dressing (don’t use entire jar of dressing if not needed!):

-Β½ cup olive oil

-ΒΌ cup red wine vinegar

-2 tablespoons water

-1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 

-1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

-1Β½ teaspoons garlic powder (or 1 clove minced garlic)

-1 teaspoon onion powder

-1Β½ teaspoons dried oregano

-1 teaspoon dried basil

-Β½ teaspoon dried thyme

-Β½ teaspoon sea salt (adjust to taste)

-Β½ teaspoon black pepper

-1 teaspoon raw honey

Approx macros per serving (6 serving): 445 cal, 26g protein, 40g carb, 28g fat

-Will be less calories if all of dressing is not needed
