Pumpkin spice protein ball showdown 👀🎃

Ingredients:

-1 cup One Degree sprouted rolled oats

-1/2 cup pumpkin puree (canned, unsweetened)

-serving vanilla whey protein powder

-1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut/nut butter)

-1/4 cup pure maple syrup or raw honey

-1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

-1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions: 

1.  In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.

2.  Add pumpkin puree, almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until a sticky dough forms.

3.  Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.

4.  Roll mixture into 1-inch balls (use a cookie scoop for even sizing).

5.  Place balls on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.

6.  Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freezer for 1 month.

Macros (per ball): 100 cal, 5g protein, 12g carbs, 4g fat (varies with add-ins)
