Delicious & clean protein pumpkin pancakes

Top with some pure maple syrup or Lakanto maple syrup if you want to save some carbs 🥞🎃

Ingredients

-1/2 cup pumpkin purée (unsweetened)

-2 large eggs

-1/4 cup vanilla protein powder

-2 tbsp flour or almond flour

-1 tsp baking powder

-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

-1/2 tsp vanilla extract

-2–3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (adjust for batter consistency)
