5 min no-bake protein mocha espresso bars review πŸ‘€πŸ«

Ingredients (makes 8 bars):

-1 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)

-1 scoop Levels double chocolate whey protein

-2 tbsp instant espresso powder

-2 tbsp unsweetened cacao

-1/4 cup maple syrup

-1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-40g blended unshelled pistachios (optional)

Instructions:

-Mix cashew butter, protein powder, espresso powder, maple syrup, and vanilla until combined.

-Fold in chocolate chips.

-Press into a lined 8x4-inch pan and top with blended pistachios. 

-Chill for 1 hour.

-Cut into 8 bars. Store frozen for up to 1 month.
