Healthy overnight cookie dough
I had to try this healthy overnight cookie dough and it did NOT disappoint π
Ingredients (makes about 6 servings):
-1 cup cottage cheese
-1 1/2 cups greek yogurt
-1 cup almond flour
-3 scoops vanilla protein
-1/4 pure maple syrup
-1 tbsp almond butter
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp salt
-Lilyβs dark chocolate chips
-I paired with Simple Mills honey sweet thins
Instructions:
-Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
-Whisk the cottage cheese, yogurt, sweetener and almond butter.
-Stir in the almond flour, protein and salt until smooth.
-Fold in the chocolate chips.
-Refrigerate for at least 3 hours to overnight.
