We’ve been making our own homemade cheesesteaks for awhile now paired with our sourdough focaccia (the wife did sourdough rolls once and they were phenomenal)!

Here’s the key, the steak has to be half frozen through the food processor and then it shreds perfectly to cook in a pan with some grass-fed butter then some grass-fed cheese πŸ§€πŸ§ˆ
