Low-cal peanut butter & jelly

Creami recipe:

-1 cup vanilla almond Malk

-1 serving Levels vanilla whey protein

-1 serving frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

-3 tbsp Crazy Richard’s pure peanut powder 

-1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Mix in: 1 more tbsp of the peanut butter powder & Simple Mills honey sweet thins
