Ingredients:
-1 medium banana, sliced
-4 small dates, sliced
-Ceylon cinnamon
-Drizzle of raw honey (about 1 tsp)
-2 servings nonfat Greek yogurt
-1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
-1 tsp grass-fed butter
-Pinch of sea salt
-1 tsp crushed pistachios
Instructions:
-Slice banana & dates
-Add butter to pan over medium heat and cook banana & dates until soft and golden brown
