No-bake dark chocolate pistachio bars I made in 15 minutes πŸ‘€

These no-bake dark chocolate pistachio bars took me 10-15 min to make and if I can make them, ANYONE can (I am no baker)!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour

  • 40g raw honey

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (unrefined)

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (melted, at least 70% cocoa)

  • 1/4 cup chopped raw pistachios 

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, raw honey, and melted coconut oil until a sticky dough forms

  • Press the mixture into a parchment-lined square dish (about 8x8 inches)

  • Melt dark chocolate chips (microwave in 20-second intervals) and spread evenly over the dough

  • Sprinkle chopped or blended pistachios (I blended) and a pinch of sea salt on top

  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set, then cut into bars
