My superfood dressing
My superfood dressing I’ve been pairing with my lunch everyday (11oz Kirkland Turkey Breast, 1/2 avocado, 1 serving of sauerkraut & kimchi)
Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
-2 freshly squeezed lemons
-30g apple cider vinegar
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-1 tbsp fresh parsley
-1 tsp dried basil
-3/4 tsp sea salt
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-Optional: Pinch of red pepper flakes for a mild kick
