Cameron.. or Frankie 🤔🤔 #nutrition #weightloss

Bulk Batch (60 Servings):

-150–170 grams sea salt (aim for brands like Redmond Real Salt or Celtic for trace minerals)

-23 grams potassium chloride (Bulk Supplements)

-23.4–30 grams magnesium malate (Bulk Supplements)

Mix thoroughly in a large airtight container (shake or stir well for even distribution).

One serving = ~6–7 grams of the blend

How to Prepare and Use

1.  Mix the dry powders well (use a large bowl, food processor, or blender for uniform blending—especially important with larger batches).

2.  For one drink: Add one serving (~6–7 grams) to 16–32 oz (500–1000 ml) cold water (or up to 64 oz for milder taste).

3.  Stir or shake vigorously until fully dissolved (it will be salty—that’s expected for an unflavored, high-electrolyte version).

4.  Optional flavor additions:

-Juice from 1 full lemon or lime

-A generous splash of fruit juice (e.g., orange, watermelon, or pineapple)

-Sugar-free sweetener like stevia or monk fruit
