Tuna salad right from my FTV Fitness E-Cookbook 🔥

-1 can tuna (Kirkland Albacore solid white tuna has 42g of protein)

-1 tbsp plain greek yogurt

-1 tsp primal mayo

-1 tsp spicy mustard

-Salt, pepper, garlic powder

-if you like crunch, add in chopped celery, red onion, chopped pickles
