Homemade avocado buns with 3 ingredients in 25 minutes

Ingredients:

-1 avocado

-1 egg

-grass-fed or raw cheese

Instructions:

-mix together in a bowl then form into buns onto parchment paper

-sea salt on top

-oven at 400 for 20-22 min

-enjoy with eggs, burgers or any other protein!
