-1 serving Levels vanilla whey protein 

-1/4 tsp pure peppermint extract

-1 tsp vanilla extract

-Pinch of sea salt

-Optional: one serving organic stevia drops

Mix in: one Yum Earth organic candy cane (chopped up)
